How Do I Use Essential Oils At Work?

From medical conditions, allergies, and sensitivies it is best to keep our essential oils in our bubble.  Of course if everyone is on board a larger diffuser is great .  But for the sake of being safe using essential oils in the mediums listed are a great way to bring them to work.

A Small Diffuser- A diffuser that does 100 to 200 square feet is great for a cubicle.  These typically have a pad the oil is put on sometimes with a fan inside.  There are also ones that do 400 square feet and would be good for a small office.  These typically use water to diffuse.  Many diffusers now come with a usb cord so you can use it anywhere.

Sprays-  Essential oil sprays are great to get a burst of aroma.  Spraying fabric or misting the air will enable you to enjoy the affects of the oil in your space.  It is also a great way to battle germs around you.

Diffuser Jewelry- Necklaces and bracelets that have lava beads, clay, and poms are used to absorb the oil and keep it close to you diffusing the oil around your body.  A stylish way to enjoy essential oils.

Roll-On-  Using a roller for essential oils is great as you not only breathe in the oils but absorb them into your body.  The essential oils in a roller are diluted in a carrier oil making it safe to apply directly on the body.  (Always test a small spot to ensure you have no adverse effects to certain oils.)

Inhaler-  Essential oil inhalers are great because they go straight to the olfactory system.  This is the system that interprets smells and sends information to the parts of the brain that deal with memory, emotion, and learning.  Inhalers are a great way to get the oils to this system quickly and safely without affecting others around you.  It is a convenient method to take anywhere in tight quarters such as planes and other mass transportation means.
